SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 6 – Lance Johnson and
Anthony Abernathy are charged
with trying to rob an armored
truck delivering $200,000 to a
bank branch in The Bronx.
On
June 4, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Victor Marrero
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
government described
discovery. The complaint
describes the role of a blue
Chevrolet Malibu with a
cracked driver's side tail
light and a South Carolina
license plate.
The two
defense lawyers, a Federal
Defender and a CJA, agreed to
a next proceeding on September
10.
The case is US v.
Johnson et al., 21-cr-323
(Marrero)
