SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 3 – Marco Segovia-Landa
and three others are charged
in a narcotics conspiracy.
On March
3, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge J. Paul Oetken held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Three of
the four defendants are
incarcerated. The trial was
set for November 8. Judge
Oetken said it is his
understanding that
vaccinations should have taken
place in the MCC and MDC by
May.
The lawyer for
Lisandy Joaquin Ortiz said the
government is not being clear
about what they are accusing
her client of doing.
The case is US v.
Segovia-Landa et al.,
20-cr-287 (Oetken)
