SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 4 –
Baldemiro Lopez has been
convicted of federal drug and
guns charges and now a state
charge.
On November
4 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Loretta A. Preska held a
Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding, and
sentencing. Inner City Press
covered it.
Lopez on
the state charge was sentenced
to eight years. Judge Preska
said VOSR is about violating
the court's confidence and
imposed 27 months -
concurrent.
And so, she
clarified on request, no
additional time was added.
The case is
US v. Lopez, 95-cr-578
(Preska)
