SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 18 – James David Williams
pleaded guilty to defrauding
film investors; he was
sentenced to time
served.
On
October 18 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Kimba M. Wood
held a violation of supervised
release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Ultimately the
VOSR proceeding was pushed
back to November 18.
Then the
Assistant US Attorney said her
office was prepared to release
Williams on $500,000 bond.
The case is US v.
Williams, 16-cr-436 (Wood)
