SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 25 – A defendant was
detained on his Kramer Levin
lawyer's consent on September
25.
U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistate Judge Sarah Netburn
held the proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
The Kramer
Levin lawyer asked for a
mental health medical order,
saying the request was based
on his discussions with his
client earlier in the day.
The October 2019
sentencing included "thorough
mental health evaluation and
treatment" and 30 months for
conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act
robbery.
The case is
US v. Dante Martinez,
18-cr-445 (Swain / Netburn).
