SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 1 – William Flemm has sued
Victory Commercial Management
for being tricked into
resigning his position with
the Howard Hughes
Corporation.
On February
1, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Things got
heated, until Judge Cronan
said, Let me tell you how we
do things in Federal Court -
you speak to me, not to each
others. And you do not cut
anyone off. OK, was the
answer.
Then a comparing
of calendars including trials
in Florida, to to pick a trial
date in the second quarter.
