SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 22 – To transfer
crude oil from North Dakota's
Bakken region to barges on the
Delaware River, Eddytone Rail
Company in Pennsylvania
reached a rail services
agreeement with BTS in 2013.
Now Eddystone is suing
banks.
On November 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
At issue
was how to interrelated
protective orders in court in
Pennsylvania with the SDNY.
Judge Gorenstein
said he would strike proposed
paragraphs 28 and 29, but that
the parties would know what
had been discussed at the
November 22 conference. There
was push back.
The case is
Eddystone Rail Company, LLC v.
Bank of America, N.A. et al.,
19-cv-9584 (Daniels /
Gorenstein)
