SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 2 – When Eusebia Reneyda
Cuello wanted to sue
Healthfirst PHSP, Inc., she
hired former New York State
Attorney General Oliver
Koppell. Then the case got
removed to Federal
court.
On June 2,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a
proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Koppell said he
has brought many
discrimination cases, and
could make a demand in this
one.
Judge Parker said
depositions should be
completed by September 15, and
Koppell must respond to
interrogatories by June 16.
The case is
Reneyda Cuello v. Healthfirst
PHSP, Inc., 20-cv-10177
(Oetken / Parker)
