SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 3 – Christopher Reynolds
has a case dating back to
2011; back on May 27, 2020 he
had a telephone hearing on an
alleged Ketamine violation of
supervised release before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Richard M Berman, and
another on August 3, which
Inner City Press
covered.
Back on May 27,
with Ketamine on the table,
Judge Berman said, It's not
good to be paving roads if
you're under the influence of
drugs, you know, to be blunt
about it. I know counsel told
me at the last hearing that
Mr. Reynold compartmentalizes
and I imagine he does but I
don't want to overstate the
benefits of
compartmentalizing.
On August
3, while calling Reynolds'
actions unorthodox, Judge
Berman put it back to
November.
The case US v.
Reynolds, 11-cr-12 (Berman)
