SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 25 – Jose Robles and
Francisco Javier Macias are
charged in a narcotics
conspiracy involving 400 grams
and more of
fentanyl.
On
February 25 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Andrew L. Carter held back to
back proceedings. Inner City
Press covered it.
For both
defendants, protective orders
were entered. And a date of
April 9 was set - not for a
conference, but for the
lawyers to send in a status
letter.
The case is USA
v. Robles et al., 21-cr-28
