SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 27 – Pedro Reynoso is
seeking to be released from
jail pending trial on drug and
kidnapping charges. But after
two hearings, there is no
resolution.
On August 24,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
First, it
was proposed that Reynoso
would live with his
grandmother. This was
rejected.
Then a fiancee as
1133 Boston Road in the Bronx
was proposed. But it was
raised that in the record,
another fiancee was listed.
And so the proceeding was
further put off.
It is US v.
Reynoso, 20-cr-388 (Cote).
