SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 5 – A default judgment was
granted by U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jesse M. Furman
on August 5, with a few
changes to plaintiff's
counsel's requests.
Access
Equity Group LLC, the
defendant, was never
represented.
Judge
Furman was convinced that they
had been correctly served, but
said they shouldn't have to
pay for pro hace vice filings
nor the amendment of the
complaint to correctly allege
jurisdiction.
Plaintiff's
counsel quickly agreed.
The case is Jack
London Square Associates, LLC
v. Access Equity Group, LLC,
20-cv-3086 (Furman)
