SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 14 – Roland Green is
charged in a Hobbs Act
robbery.
On October 14 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New
York Judge Victor
Marrero held a telephone
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Green did
not consent to proceeding by
phone, saying he can't reach
his lawyer from prison and
later expression concern at
the amount of prison time he
may be facing.
Judge
Marrero adjourned the
conference, after hearing him
out, and set another one for
October 28 urging that lawyer
and client speak about all
this before then.
The case is US v.
Green, 20-cr-357 (Marrero)
