SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 18 – Jose Benedictro Ulloa
Brito sought compassionate
release from U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
William H. Pauley III on
August 18. Inner City Press
covered it.
The Federal
Defenders argued that Brito
"cannot be kept safe at FCI
Allenwood."
But Judge Pauley
noted the COVID-19 statistics,
and the seriousness of the
crime.
He denied
compassionate release.
The overall case
is USA v. Ayala et al.,
18-cr-336 (Pauley)
