SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 29 – Back on December 4,
2019 a warrant was signed to
search the content of an
online account of Jeffrey
Molitor. On January 29 he was
presented on child pornography
charges in the same U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrates Court where the
warrant was signed. The case
is US v. Molitor, 20-mj-1062
(Cott).
In the
interim a complaint was filed
quoted Molitor bragging about
sharing child porn, calling it
"perving it forward."

It states
that "on the morning of
January 29, 2020, the FBI
executed a search warrant at
Molitor's apartment and
interviewed Molitor [who]
stated that the child
pornography was his, and he
had possessed child
pornography since
approximately the time he was
14."
Molitor has been
ordered released on $100,000
bond, to home incarceration,
with a preliminary hearing
scheduled for February 28.
