SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 21 – Michael Grecco sued
Oath, Inc. for using his
X-Files photograph of Gillian
Anderson and David Duchovny.
On
November 20, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Louis L. Stanton held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
initial defendant was Yahoo /
Verizon Media. Judge Stanton
asked if the parties want to
pursue alternative dispute
resolution.
After he agreed
to their case management plan,
he asked, "Do you have any
questions for me?"
Discovery is to
be completed by June 4.
