SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 13 – Michael Lanning sued
Wells Fargo for not paying
overtime and minimum wage to
himself and a prospective
class of mortgage
consultants.
On May 13, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox
held a discovery proceeding.

The
discussion involved swipe card
and Concur information, and
when the prospective class
representatives left Wells
Fargo, which has had a range
of legal woes.
