June 13 – Alberto Baez sued
Pizza on Stone for not paying
overtime.
On June 10,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Jennifer
E. Willis held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge
Willis accepted the proposed
case management plan and asked
for a status report by June 17
including on whether they will
seek a briefing schedule as to
a potential motion for class
certification.
