SDNY COURTROOM Exclusive, Sept 28 – In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on September 27, a detention proceeding was held by Magistrate Judge Gabriel W. Gorenstein on Xavier Bell, federal charged with the armed robbery of a jewelry store in The Bronx.

Xavier Bell's case is not yet available in PACER. He was arrested on Sunday September 26, then into federal custody on September 27. The charge is under the Hobbs Act. He is detained (on consent) pending trial.

The docket number, upon inquiry, was said to be US v. Bell, 21-mj-9352 (Gorenstein) - but it does not show up in PACER. Watch this site.
