SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 27 – Angela Palumbo sued
Fashion Institute of
Technology and its president
Joyce F. Brown for firing her
for, rather than accommodating
her bipolar disorder.
On
October 27 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah L. Cave held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cave
offered and then scheduled a
virtual settlement conference
for November 17 at 10 am.
The case is
Palumbo v. Fashion Institute
of Technology et al.,
21-cv-1726 (Schofield /
Cave)
