SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 25 – In a case on appeal
to the Second Circuit Court of
Appeals, a paragraph
disclosing information subject
to a confidentiality
agreement, concerning a
settlement with Chobani, was
included.
On August
25 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Cote called
the situation irregularity, in
that she no longer has
jurisdiction over most
elements of the case since her
decision to grant summary
judgment is being appealed.
But she expressed
unhappiness that the paragraph
had been disclosed.
