SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 2 – Erik Forman was an NYC
teacher in the school at 925
Astor Avenue in The Bronx
until he was fired, he says,
for his union activity. He
sued.
On February 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The issue was
discovery, specifically, the
City being more forthcoming
with the pro se plaintiff
Foreman.
He asked if some
of the information he had
requested had been given, but
in redacted form. The City
said it would try to figure it
out.
The case is
Forman v. New York City
Department of Education et
al., 19-cv-8156 (Cronan)
