selling counterfeit Chanel
products.
On March 10, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge Gorenstein granted
Chanel's motion to stay
discovery on TheRealReal's
counterclaims and unclean
hands defense.
Various motions
to seal were granted. There is
a privilege dispute that is
being separately briefed.
