SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 22 – Isaam Henry is
accused of using a gun to
steal marijuana from a
storefront in The Bronx.
This is
according to an indictment on
which Simmons was arraigned on
June 22 before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman Inner City
Press covered it.
What arose is the
the indictment was not from
the SDNY in lower Manhattan,
but a grand jury convened in
White Plains.
Henry's lawyer
Scott B. Tulman inquired into
this, as of defense counsel
have. There will be more on
this, and Inner City Press
will cover it.
This case is US
v. Henry, 20-cr-293
(Liman).
