SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 13 –
Playboy Enterprises
International sued Bunny
Hunter, Playboy China Brand
and others for violating its
trademarks.
On
November 12, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Victor Marrero held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendants did not show up.
Playboy said its website had
been ripped - copied in full.
Judge Marrero found that
Playboy met the standard for,
and granted, injunctive
relief.
The case,
Playboy's counsel emphasized,
is under seal.
It is Playboy
Enterprises International,
Inc. v. Playboy Enterprises,
Inc. et al., 21-cv-6419
(Marrero)
