SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 22 – Poof-Slinky LLC
sued a slew of copyright
violators on AliBaba and
AliExpress. But many have not
shown up.
On September 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Some
defendants appeared and said
they were willing to talk
settlement with Slinky. Judge
Ramos set a schedule and named
March 25, 2021 for the next
conference.
The case is
Poof-Slinky, LLC v. A.S.
Plastic Toys Co., Ltd., et
al., 19-cv-09399 (Ramos)
