SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 4 – Antoine Blount was
sentenced for armed bank
robbery in 2013 in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
by now Second Circuit Judge
Richard J.
Sullivan.
His supervised
release was transferred to the
District Court for the
District of Columbia, where in
2019 Judge Collen
Kollar-Kotelly (now handling
insurrection cases which Inner
City Press also covers) for
Entering or Remaining in
Restricted Building or
Grounds.
Then it was
transferred back to
SDNY.
On March 4
the expected new Chief Judge
of the SDNY Judge Laura Taylor
Swain held a proceeding, and
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge Swain
explained mental health
conditions, and said the
proceeding would be put over
pending adjudication of state
charges.

Blount, 20-cr-20 (Swain)
