SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 26 – Four residents
of Singapore invested in an
equity offering to convert a
Chicago former dairy supply
industrial facility into a
hotel.
It didn't work,
and they sued.
On January
26, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Vyskocil granted an
extension of discovery but
said it would be the last one.
She emphasized,
There will be no further
extensions, and directed the
parties to inform her by March
12 of the status of settlement
discussions.
The case is
Denimal et al v. Prodigy
Network, LLC et al., 20-cv-968
(Vyskocil)
