SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 2 – Raiza Rodriguez,
originally from the Dominican
Republic, was working as a
construction manager for DGC,
LLC when project
Superintendent Stephen Brady,
she says, repeatedly said
"f*cking immigrants" while
pointing at her.
She
sued.
On February 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Cronan asked for a status
letter by September 22, just
after expert discovery is set
to end.
The case is
Rodriguez v. ZDG, LLC et al.,
20-cv-9179 (Cronan)
