SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 7 – In 2017 the US sued
New York City's DOT's Fleet
Services Unit for racial
discrimination. A consent
decree was
reached.
On October
7 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
New York
City says the consent decree
was expired. The US said it
has gotten complaints, and
needs more information.
The City
indicated it might give some
information, but does not what
that fact used to argue the
consent decree is still in
place.
