Perez-Fernandez a/k/a Apache
is charged with importing
drugs into the United
States.
On June 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Colleen McMahon
held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it.
The request
was to get Perez-Fernandez out
on bond.
Judge McMahon
asked, to whom, "who would be
bankrupted if he fled?" She
said she needs more
information, and set another
proceeding for July 7 at noon.
The case is USA
v. Ramirez, et al., 16-cr-254
