employees for not paying
overtime.
On October
7 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Edwardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Ramos asked
Elite's lawyer if he wanted to
say anything, adding that he
need not respond at this
point.
The lawyer said
he would not respond, then.
Depositions won't be due until
June 2, 2021.
