SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 4 – Jian Li
is charged with trafficking in
counterfeit cellphones by
Apple and Samsung, among
others.
On
November 4 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Analisa Torres
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Li is
charged with using a short
term storage yard on Columbia
Street in Brooklyn, for the
phones and protective cases
counterfeited to look like
those of Gucci, Nike, Adidas,
Louis Vuitton, Chanel and
Supreme.
Judge Torres
ordered that all discovery be
produced by December 2, with
the defense to write to the
court about it by January 15.
There are also requests for
grand jury records.

Li, 20-cr-568 (Torres)
