SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 17 – Michael Lamar pled
guilty to narcotics conspiracy
then, out on supervised
release, tested positive for
drugs and "failed to follow
the directives" of
Probation.
On
December 17 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lorna G. Schofield held a
violation of supervised
release sentencing. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Schofield listened and told
Lamar that it will be up to
him.
She could
sentence him to six to twelve
months but chose not to.
Instead he
got time served and three more
years of supervised release.
The case is US v.
Lamar, 17-cr-610 (Schofield)
