Paying $4.3M in Attorneys' Fees

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 3 – Avon Products Inc. was
subject to a securities class
action filed in
2017.
On February
3, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The case has
settled, with attorneys' fees
of $4,350,000 and costs of
$157,000.
Judge Vyskocil
made the requisite inquiries,
and more, and said she found
it fair. The lawyers said they
would have handed forward
three orders for Judge
Vyskocil to sign, if they were
there in person. But all three
were docketed later in the
day.
