Exclusive, Dec 15 – In the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
on the late afternoon of
December 15, a detention or
release proceeding was held by
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein on a defendant
charged child pornography.
On the
consent of the US Attorney's
Office, he was released to the
third party custody of his
wife Katherine Cox, who was
directed to make all
electronic devices password
protected against him. He is
not to loiter in schoolyards
or playgrounds - except with
his own kids.
