plead guilty to a lesser
included offense, narcotics
conspiracy, before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Ronnie Abrams on August
5. Inner City Press covered

Abrams asked Guerrero, How far
did you go in
school?
The answer was,
ninth grade then I was
discharged.
The US
Attorney's Office stipulated
to a guideline sentence of 57
to 71 months. Sentencing was
set for November 20.
