SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 17 – Melvon Adams is
charged with being a felon in
possess of a firearm, to wit,
a black Taurus Spectrum .380
caliber semi-automatic
pistol.
On February
24, 2021 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Alvin K.
Hellerstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The gun was
found in Adams' apartment in
The Bronx, by his parole
officer.
Judge Hellerstein
asked about the evidence and
discovery, and what motion
might be made.
He set a
next proceeding for March 9,
asking to be told what motions
will be filed by then.

defendant pleaded guilty:
