SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 13 – MNAF Pizzeria of
3167 Bainbridge Avenue in the
Bronx faces a trial in a
lawsuit it does not pay
overtime or minimum wage.
On
April 13, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Andrew L.
Carter held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge Carter asked why
financial information had not
been exchange, and if the
parties would consent to a
bench and not jury trial.
They have been
given until April 27 to filed
a joint status report on these
questions.
The case is Lopez
v. MNAF Pizzeria, Inc. et al.,
18-cv-6033 (Carter)
