SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 23 – In a case
against many banks before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla,
on July 21 the Iowa Public
Employees' Retirement System
requested to seal their reply
to EquiLend - and it was
granted, with the reply
"viewable to the Court and
parties only."
On July 23
a proceeding was held, and
Inner City Press covered it.
But still for now the reply is
out of sight.
The case is Iowa
Public Employees' Retirement
System et al v. Bank of
America Corporation et al.,
17-cv-6221 (Failla)
