SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 23 –Novartis Pharma
AG sued Incyte Corporation for
royalties.
On
March 22, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Gabriel W. Gorenstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

There were
discovery issues including why
communications with investment
bank Goldman Sachs could be
covered by attorney client
privilege.
Judge Gorenstein
heard the parties out, asked
questions - then granted a
slew of motions to seal.
