SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 11 – Hao Zhe Wang
sued Verizon for improper bill
collection and credit
reporting.
On May 11,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Wang had
complained about discovery.
Verizon said he
had not met and conferred.
But then they
asked for 45 days to belatedly
respond.
No, Judge
Lehrburger said, thirty days.
Enhanced Recovery Company
(ERC) is in the mix as a
defendant, too.
The case is Wang
v. Verizon Communications Inc.
et al., 19-cv-9506 (Furman /
Lehrburger)
