SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 21 – Carl Hughes is
charged with violating his
supervised release after
conviction on drugs and guns
charges.
On November 19, U.S. District

proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
First,
Hughes needed to change
lawyers, from the Federal
Defenders to the CJA counsel
on duty for the day.
Next, Hughes
pleaded not guilty to
specification one. Judge
Marrero set the next status
conference for January 21.
The case is US v.
