SDNY COURTHOUSE,
September 1 – Luigi Girotto
sued INTERMIX at 365 Bleeker
Street in Manhattan's
Greenwich Village for being
inaccessible to people like
him, in a
wheelchair.
On September 1 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Netburn ordered that all fact
discovery must be concluded by
December 30, and expert
discovery by January 14, 2022.
Motions if any are due by
March 15, with a bench trial
on the horizon after that.
The case is
Girotto v. Intermix Holdco,
Inc. et al., 21-cv-4434
(Engelmayer / Netburn)
