SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 8 – Ramon Hall is accused
of having a gun on the kitchen
counter of his Bronx apartment
with two special needs
children.
On February
8, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
There was some
confusion about Hall having
been arraigned before SDNY
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron.
Judge Vyskocil
informed the lawyer that she
likes to do her own
arraignments.
A document in the
docket was deleted, and a next
conference set for April 8.
The case is US v.
Hall, 20-cr-654 (Vyskocil)
