March 4 – In the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York on March
4, a detention or release
proceeding was held by
Magistrate Judge Katharine D.
Parker on a defendant
previously convicted of a
felony and now accused of
selling guns.

sales in November 2021 and
January and March 2022.
Gibson's
CJA lawyer conveyed consent to

hearing tentatively set for
