SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 21 – Rudy Giuliani and
Guiliani Partners were subject
to a search warrant on April
28, 2021. On May 4, the US
Attorney's Office for the Southern
District of
New York docketed
a copy of their letter to SDNY
Judge J. Paul Oetken with many
redactions, including of the
number of electronic devices
seized.
On May 20,
endorsed that day by Judge
Oetken, a less redacted
letter, specifying that 18

Victoria
Toensing has only one device
seized. Now on May 21 her
counsel has written to Judge
Oetken requesting oral
argument on her still
partially redacted May 12
motion. Request for oral
