Bautista Pleads Guilty in SDNY With 57 Month

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 4 – Jose Bautista was
accused of selling oxy in The
Bronx.
On January
4, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Sidney H. Stein held a
change of plea proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Bautista
said he is 31 years old and
has "some college," which he
was asked to repeat twice.
Judge Stein asked if he was
aware of the provision that he
cannot appeal or collaterally
attack any sentence at or
before the agreed 57 months.
He said Yes.
Judge Stein
set the sentencing for April
7.
The
pre-sentencing report will, of
course, be sealed.
