Dec 1 – Redcell Corp. sold
software to produce company
A.J. Trucco, Inc. until, it
says, Trucco stole the
software. Redcell
sued.
On December 1, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Some of the
software was used in the Hunts
Point Terminal Market in The
Bronx, in the SDNY.
The time has come
in the case for Daubert
motions about experts.
Defendants' are due by
December 20, plaintiff's
cross-motions by January 18.
