discrimination, initially in
state court in
Ohio.
On May 18,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge George B. Daniels held a
conference. Inner City Press

Summary
judgment has been denied. Now
Judge Daniels set a next date
of August 3 at 11 am, as well
as referring the case to the
assigned Magistrate Judge
Barbara C. Moses.
